 Job Description of Customer Consultant

  • Consult business administration software solution ERP/CRM/eCommerce;

  • Coordinate with other departments to survey, analyze and verify customers' requirements  and specific operations (sales management, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, supply chain, human resources, payroll, e-commerce, etc.) to propose suitable solutions;

  • Plan and implement software deployment for customers;

  • Implement the solution deployment process for the customer and deliver the solution on time, within the allowable budget with the highest level of customer satisfaction;

  • Manage risk during and after software deployment to customers;

  • Perform software feature testing developed according to the customer's demands;

  • Advise, support and guide customers to use Odoo/Viindoo software (training provided);

  • Write software guide docs based on trained knowledge; 

  • (In a few cases) Make master plans and quotations for customers, close orders with the support of Sales team;

  • Coordinate with other departments to process the company's internal projects, develop a brand of the company.

Requirements of Customer Consultant


  • Graduated from fulltime university or higher majoring in Accounting, Business Administration (mastering accounting skills), Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, E-commerce or equivalent;

  • Proficiency in English.

  • Proficiency in office computer, excellent skill in using excel and word processing functions, data querying in Excel;

  • Skills to train and guide users;

  • Skills in presentation, negotiation, persuasion and problem solving;

  • Skills in systematization and processization.


  • Strong organizational spirit, hard-working, honest and able to withstand high pressure;

  • Good communication, confidence;

  • High responsibility in work. Punctuality, right quality and right service when committing to customers;

  • Spirit of learning, agility, dynamism;

  • Ability to work in groups and independently;

  • Ability to self-study, enjoy learning;

  • Ability to go on business according to work requirements.


  • Experience and knowledge of ERP, CRM, or similar software is an advantage.


  • Having knowledge of Vietnamese and international accounting;

  • Passionate about technology, love to learn business management software;


  Salary - Bonus

  • Salary: Negotiable. Up to $800/month + project commission;

  • Salary review at least twice a year.
