Job Description of Sales Engineer
Introduce and boost sales of Enterprise Resource Planning software solution (ERP).
Take care of potential customers sent from the Marketing department.
Establish relationships and expand the network of potential customers.
Manage & maintain existing relationships, take care of customers regularly.
Analyze and qualify customer demands.
Receive detailed requirements, processes from customers (could be the requirements of cross-functional, cross-processing, cross-organizational or involving the third parties) to propose solutions to the new ERP systems.
Present software solution, be responsible for consulting to customers (especially technical support), support in the process of customers trial to sell products to achieve sales targets.
Coordinate with customers and Viindoo team to manage and deliver ERP software implementation projects on schedule, within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.
Participate in establishing & standardizing the process of project management.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements of Sales Engineer
Degree in IT or related fields.
Knowledge of database management.
Knowledge of web service.
Knowledge of general computer network.
Knowledge of ERP and other business administration software.
Proficiency in English.
Skill of customer relationship management.
Skill of analysis & problem solving.
Open-minded, sensitive, proactive in exploring, learning to master the knowledge about products and services.
Willing to go on business trips according to work requirements.
At least 01 year of experience in IT environment – preferably with experience in software (especially ERP) pre/post-sales support.
Knowledge of Mobile Apps.
Knowledge of IoT.
Salary - Bonus
Salary: Negotiable. Up to $1500/month + commission.
Salary review at least twice a year.
