Job Description of Event Marketing Executive

Make detailed plans and implement event activities;
In charge of internal communication, activities of departments and company;
Support external events and communication activities;
Connect with organizations, training institutes, business consulting groups, etc for cooperation opportunities;
Network with the press, event organizers and related partners to drive brand awareness;
Other tasks assigned by Managers.

Requirements of Event Marketing Executive

Expertise

University degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, Public Relations etc or related fields;
Ability to develop, execute promoting plans and activities;
Proficiency in English.

Other

Have knowledge of building and developing brands;
Ability to write creatively, build proposals, program, manage and implement events;
Good aesthetics, creativity, basic understanding of fine art design;
Active, extrovert and good communication.

Experience

Have at least 2 years experience in equivalent positions at enterprises, especially in IT.

Preferred

Experienced as an MC, artistic aptitude is an advantage;
Have experience in Information Technology.

Salary: Negotiable: 10 - 18 million VND/ month;
