Coordinate with related departments, establish and control operation processes at the Company such as: Software product & service development process, quality control process, etc.
Develop related documents, forms and instructions
Participate in SRS design phase, understand requirements, specifications
Take overall responsibility for software testing: Developing testing process, testing strategies, testing scenarios and related documents. Participate in automated regression testing
Deploy and control the process implementation of the departments; remind and warn when encountering risks and/or problems
Measure, analyze data and prepare reports to assess the quality of products and services
Research and improve processes
Perform other duties as assigned
Graduated from Universities, prefered: Finance, Economics, Technology, Computer Science majors
Master in software development process
Having knowledge and operation experience of:
Management Standards: ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 20000, CMMI, PCI-DSS,…
Tools of improvement: Lean, 6 Sigma,…
Having the expertise of one or more majors below: Software, Customer Support, Technical Support, Marketing and Business, Accounting and Finance, Production, Ecommerce, Quality Control, Digital Process Control, Digital Transformation Control
Proficiency in English
Careful, meticulous. Strong logical thinking, fast learning, high sense of responsibility
Having the self-learning, researching abilities from other sources
At least 3 years of experience as QA/QC/Tester
Having experience on Automation Testing
