Make recruitment plan to meet the targets:
Coordinate with other departments to develop job descriptions of vacancies;
Search, propose effective recruitment channels, post job postings;
Screen candidate applications, organize entrance exams/interviews, summarize results and select suitable candidates;
Carry out onboard procedures, guide integration and help new employees quickly integrate into the company environment;
Guide and supervise the evaluation of probation of personnel and carry out procedures after the end of probation;
Conduct recruitment effectiveness reports (cost, recruitment channel, candidate quality,...).
Implement employer branding activities:
Organize job fairs, seminars at universities/IT training centers,....;
Coordinate with the Marketing department to build the company's image and recruitment brand on social networks, job channels,...
Implement internal training:
Coordinate with other departments to develop training programs and propose to the BOD;
Implement and supervise training programs for employees as the direction of the BOD;
Assess the quality of the training programs.
Support other tasks of the Company.
Carry out internal communication to propagate the image, goals, vision, products and services of the Company and other jobs as required by the BOD.
Graduated from university or higher majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, Economics,....;
Proficiency in English.
Have at least 02 years of recruitment experience
Good communication and problem-solving skills, dynamism, vivacity;
Proficiency in office informatics and social networks;
Honesty, enthusiasm, withstanding the pressure of work.
Experience working at technology companies;
Experience in organizing events/seminars related to recruitment/training.
Salary - Bonus
Salary: Negotiable. VND 08 - 15 million/month;
Salary review at least twice a year.
