Job Descreption

  • Propose short-term and long-term HR strategies according to the company's objectives.

  • Plan the recruitment, training and development of human resources periodically by year, quarter, month.

  • Implement recruitment projects, build employer brand to meet the demand for human resources.

  • Propose management and personnel development options for the company.

  • Maintain and develop the company culture.

  • To assume the prime responsibility for and coordinate with relevant departments in formulating and supervising the implementation of regulations, procedures and regulations on personnel management, wages and remuneration policies for employees; internal regulations, working processes,...

  • Manage the work of the Administrative - Human Resources Department, ensuring the completion of the objectives, functions and tasks of the department.

  • Advising and proposing to the Board of Directors to handle issues in the field of Administration - Human Resources.

  • Carry out internal communication work to propagate the image, objectives, vision, products, services of the Company and other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.



  • Graduated from university or higher majoring in Human Resource Management, Law, Business Administration, Economics,...

  • Have knowledge of labor law and regulations related to the salary, allowances and policies of employees

  • The ability to plan, lead well, grasp information about the psychology of human resources on time.


  • Proficiency in Reading, Writing and conversational English

  • Age: 30 - 40 years old

  • Agile, skillful, capable of presenting and communicating with departments.

  • Have a spirit of cooperation, support, care, good vision, independent work, decisiveness.



  • Having experience working at technology companies is a priority.


Salary & Bonus

  • Salary: Negotiable. Up to VND 20-30M/month

  • Salary review at least twice a year
